Work that
holds up
in the hand.

AISquadX is a small engineering studio. We typeset interfaces, write the code that runs them, and ship websites, SaaS and tools you can put in front of a customer.

Method

Four stages. No theatre.

Visible progress from the first week — not a six-week discovery deck.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

    Day 1

We dig into the problem, the audience and what success actually looks like. You leave with a clear scope and a fixed price — no vague estimates.

  2. 02

    Design direction

    Days 2–5

Typography, colour, layout and motion come together into a direction you can see and react to before a single feature is built.

  3. 03

    Build sprints

    Weeks 1–3

AI-assisted sprints with a live preview link from day one. You watch the product take shape and steer it as it goes.

  4. 04

    Launch & care

    Ongoing

We handle deployment, domains, analytics and performance — then stay on for iterations once real users arrive.

Words

Teams keep coming back.

They shipped in three weeks what our previous agency scoped at three months — and the quality was genuinely better.
Sarah ChenFounder, Nimbus Analytics
The design direction landed on the first pass. Every detail, right down to the typography, felt deliberate.
Marcus WebbCreative Director, Atlas Studio
We described the product in a call and had a working prototype the same week. That changed how we raise money.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Still unsure about something? Send a note and you’ll hear back the same day.

What exactly is “vibe coding”?

It’s our AI-assisted build process. You describe the product in plain language, we translate that into working software in tight loops — often with something clickable on day one. The engineering rigour stays; only the slow parts disappear.

How much does a project cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we quote per project rather than publishing a price list. Tell us what you have in mind and you'll get a fixed number — plus what's included and what isn't — within a day. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.

How long until I see something real?

You get a live preview link in the first week. Most marketing sites launch in 2–3 weeks and MVPs in 4–6, depending on scope.

Do I own the code?

Completely. Everything ships to your GitHub organisation and your hosting account, with no lock-in and no licensing strings attached.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We regularly inherit half-finished projects — we start with an audit, tell you honestly what’s salvageable, then get it to production.

What happens after launch?

We can stay on for maintenance, performance work and new features, or hand over full documentation so your team runs with it.
